Welcome to Serials Store’s Refund and Returns Policy page. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. As we specialize in digital products, we have specific guidelines for replacements and refunds.

Replacement Policy for Defective Product Keys
At Serials Store, we will only issue replacements for defective product keys. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept any returns. Before submitting a replacement request, please ensure it adheres to the following conditions:

1- Incorrect Purchases

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements if a customer purchases an incorrect product that is otherwise compatible. We strive to make product compatibility information clear and visible. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect purchases

such as:

  • Purchasing a Windows software package for a Mac machine.
  • Purchasing a product suitable for Windows 10 when the operating system is Windows 8.

2- Digital Delivery

  • As our products are delivered digitally, we cannot verify the identity of the person who redeems the code. For every order, we track the delivery of the product key, including the date, time, and IP address of when the code was viewed. All our product keys are guaranteed and checked for validity.

3- Error Code Issues

  • Redemption errors must be reported within 7 days of purchase. We cannot offer refunds or replacements after this period.

4- Exchanges

  • If a software package is defective and the issue cannot be resolved after assistance from our technical support team (via Email/Live Chat), we will issue a replacement product key for the same purchased product.

5- Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem suspicious (such as unauthorized or fraudulent payments). In such cases, paid orders are refunded, and the goods are not delivered.
  • Orders cannot be canceled if the activation code has already been received. Once the code is activated, it is permanently bound to your account and cannot be resold.
  • We cannot cancel or refund an order due to dissatisfaction with the product. Once activated, the product key is non-refundable.

6- Installation and/or Activation Issues

  • Our support team is available to assist with any installation or activation issues. We aim to resolve problems before considering a refund.
  • During this process, we may request digital images, such as screenshots of the entered code and encountered errors, to aid in our investigation.
  • In some cases, remote access via support software like TeamViewer may be required to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the problem is determined to be unresolvable after thorough investigation.
